The 1979 or 1980 Corvette had a Jimmy Carter mandated 85 mile per hour limited speedometer. Such regulation rescinded by the Reagan Administration. That is a US market car. Recently, in Sacramento, California, a Marine Corps veteran spoke through a bullhorn during a peaceful and permitted protest at the state Capitol.  However, the permit was suddenly lifted and a wall of police in full riot gear were pushing the protesters off the Capitol Campus.  These citizens were protesting the economic and social distancing orders by Governor Newsome.  As is their right under the First Amendment and the California Constitution.  This Marine Corps veteran spoke through the bullhorn about the need of soldiers and police to obey only LAWFUL orders and not UNlawful orders.
